Trainers must bring their photo ID cards to gain admission to the racecourse. NFT metal badges will allow access to facilities once inside the racecourse. For trainers who are not a member of the NFT, two Owners & Trainers badges can be collected on arrival. All trainers with runners on the day are entitled to two complimentary lunches and a further two guest tickets (no lunch). Please note that this is irrespective of how many runners you have on the day. Please see table on page 10 for details on where each badge permits access to. BADGE & LUNCH BOOKING PROCESS To assist with the smooth running of your day, we ask all Trainers with declared runners to complete a two-stage booking process before arrival at Cheltenham.

Please note that you may be requested to present photo ID for the collection of any tickets or badges.
