Ski & Snowboard TRIP TO WILD MOUNTAIN (TWO SEPARATE TRIPS)

Ice Fish Camp! LAKE MINNETONKA

Spend the morning fishing in heated fish houses while learning from pro angler Dan Jasper. Rods, reels, bait and advanced gear like flashers and underwater cameras are provided. The location will be set a week prior based on ice thickness and fish activity.

Warming houses are located at North Lotus Lake Park, Chanhassen Recreation Center & Bandimere Park. Hockey Rinks are located at Chanhassen Recreation Center (2), North Lotus Lake Park & Bandimere Park. Family Rinks are located at Chanhassen Recreation Center, North Lotus Lake Park, Bandimere Park, Roundhouse Park & Pioneer Pass.

Park Shelter Reservations 2026 RESERVATIONS BEGIN JANUARY 2, 2026

Experience top-notch skiing, snowboarding and racing instruction for all skill levels—from beginners to experts! At seven local snowsports areas, our skilled adult instructors will help you improve on groomed runs and terrain parks. Bring your own food and gear (season-long discounts and rentals available)—we'll handle the rest! Weekly Trip Fees: You'll be contacted each week to reserve your spot. With our flexible, pay-as-you-go system, you pay about $98 weekly for round-trip bus transportation and a lift ticket. If you can’t make Blizzard Ski & Snowboarding 11 WEEKS, DEC.-FEB. | SAT. Reserve shelters online at ChanhassenMN.gov/Picnic Groups reserving shelters receive exclusive use of the shelter area, but all other park facilities are subject to use by the general public. Park shelters are available at Lake Ann and Lake Susan, including the Lakeside Pavilion (40ft X 40ft), the Klingelhutz Pavilion (50ft X 100ft) and the Lake Susan picnic shelter (25ft X 45ft). $60 for residents | $70 for non-residents Racks at Lake Ann Park (1456 W 7th Street) and Carver Beach Park (6891 Lotus Trail) are assigned through a staff-conducted lottery in early March, with preference given to Chanhassen residents. Applicants will be notified of their rack assignment via email. If none of your selected locations are available, you may choose to be placed on a waitlist or a refund will be issued by March 30. Registration is available online, by mail, in person or through the drop box at City Hall.
