The Jaycees would like to thank our Celebration of Children Sponsor - Thrive Early Learning Center. The Celebration of Children is an annual event where the Jaycees invite children with special needs from various regional schools and programs to enjoy Blossom Time in a lower stimulus environment. With help from our sponsors, children are provided a bagged lunch, entertainment from magicians and clowns and the opportunity to ride the rides without the overwhelming crowds and noise of a normal carnival atmosphere.
