Congratulations on being selected to attend the upcoming session of the Leadership Team-Bonding Workshop in your hotel.
During the 2 Days workshop, we will be focusing on:
• Identifying your natural strengths and how they effect your leadership persona. • Recognising behavioural patterns demonstrated by functional versus dysfunctional teams. • Reflecting on the key capabilities that are demonstrated by successful teams around collaboration and synergy. • Utilising ethnographic theory to identify guests’ attitudes towards travel and service and the role of teams in the facilitation of these expectations. • Overviewing the role of communication in the formation of teams’ dynamics. In preparation for the workshop, please take some time to review and complete the pre-work activities contained in this document.
