Train to Run/Walk a 5K - 1:1 Training with Sherry Sherry Nowell, Certified RRCA Level 1 Coach If you have ever considered training for a 5K run or walk, consider this running/ walking program to get you to the finish line. No experience is necessary. Build up mileage while building friendships among your fellow runners/walkers as you train for local races. Sessions are held at the DCRC, where you and Sherry discuss specific training topics and then set off for the mileage that day. Additional running/walking is required each week to ensure participants are prepared for
LIFTTEEN PROGRAM Check out our LiftTeen fitness program specifically designed for teens, ages 12-15. For $50 per session, receive a consultation appointment with a personal trainer, a personalized 30-day exercise program, and a one-on-one orientation to review proper form, technique, use of equipment and fitness floor etiquette. Interested in additional 30-day personalized programs to keep you challenged and progressing toward your fitness goals? Purchase a 3-session pass for $140 and save $10.
