Downtown Dublin DORA A Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) allows patrons ages 21 and older to purchase an alcoholic beverage from an approved, liquor-permitted establishment, then sip, stroll, shop and explore within the designated boundaries. Dublin City Council approved a DORA for Downtown Dublin, which includes Historic Dublin and Bridge Park. The DORA is active 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Each winter, the City of Dublin opens a 3,200 square-foot-rink in the lower plaza on the east plaza of Riverside Crossing Park. WINTER IN COFFMAN AND SCIOTO PARK
Coffman and Scioto Park have free winter fun to offer with sledding and skating on snowy days! Coffman Park Ice Rink The City opens the ice skating rink at Coffman Park, 5200 Emerald Parkway, during freezing temperatures. The rink is open weekdays from 3 to 8:30 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. If there is no school, the rink is open 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. The pavilion has fireplaces that are stoked for warmth. Skate rentals are not available and hockey is not permitted. There is a nearby heated restroom available. Scioto Park Sledding Hill Weather permitting, Dublin’s sledding hill is available from 7:30 a.m. to dusk at Scioto Park, 7377 Riverside Drive. Safety regulations are posted at the park and restrooms are available. Parents should supervise small children. Adults are also encouraged to hop on a sled and enjoy the ride themselves!
