Restorative Practices Two-Day Series This workshop style training will provide participants with staff/adult meeting strategies and tools for using staff/department circles effectively to build teamwork and cooperation. In addition to getting set up for success with circles, will learn the “why” of restorative practices and see the benefit they provide to staff and students. Participants will learn to use affective language to assist them in taking some of the ordinary kerfuffle out of interacting with staff and students. Participants will design lesson plans for using this productive tool with their family/friends and students/staff. Highly recommended for Admin, TOSA, counselors, Classified Staff, RSO/DSO, and Support Employees.
