Thrive Inland SoCal Sub-Regional Convenings Workforce SBCSS serves as the backbone convener for the Thrive Inland SoCal Initiative for Greater San Bernardino. Our Sub-Regional Table meets monthly to advance our mission of fostering inclusive economic development. These gatherings amplify diverse voices, address priority economic needs, and build sustainable infrastructure. Through ongoing collaboration and transparent communication, we empower residents to actively shape a prosperous and resilient future for Greater San Bernardino. Golden State Pathways Program Regional Technical Assistance Center The Golden state Pathways Program (GSPP) aims to promote high-wage, high-skill career pathways In areas like technology, health care, education, and climate-related fields. It facilitates collabora-tion between educational agencies, employers, and Institutions to align college and career path-ways with local labor market needs. GSPP also supports workforce development and addresses critical statewide needs. As the RTAC for the Golden State Pathways Program (GSPP) in the South- ern Inland Region, the Workforce SBCSS department plays a crucial role in supporting grantees. The team provides comprehensive support and guidance to grantees. Our team specializes in cur-riculum design, professional development, monitoring, reporting, and comprehensive evaluation and will establish a Regional Community of Practice Network, facilitating collaboration among grantees, employers, and post-secondary institutions. LEAs across San Bernardino, Riverside, Mono, and Inyo Counties can connect with us via webinars, Zoom meetings, office hours, and phone calls. Our support team bridges communication between grantees and the CDE, addressing applica-tion-related questions and challenges. The RTAC Team:
