ServSafe Manager Certification Class The ServSafe Manager Certification Course equips food service professionals with the knowledge and skills to ensure food safety and compliance with industry standards. Participants will learn critical topics such as proper food handling, storage, personal hygiene, cleaning and sanitizing, and risk mitigation to prevent foodborne illnesses. Designed for managers and supervisors, this course prepares individuals to lead safe food practices and provides the training needed to pass the nationally recognized ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification exam.
