This is our speciality. We incorporate pre-recorded video interviews into our recruitment process which help significantly in eliminating wasted first round interviews and helps ensure that all decision makers are aligned before the first interview. This streamlines the recruitment process significantly reducing the time to hire which tends assist in hiring the best candidates. A recruitment fee of 20% is added to the resource payroll cost and is invoiced based on the hours worked by the resource in the month.

We have the option available for you to include your employees on a ring-fenced payroll. We will manage all payroll related admin on your behalf: Employment Contracts Local payments of salaries Statutory compliance, Pay as You Earn tax to the South African Revenue Services, Workers Compensation Commission payment Unemployment Insurance Fund contributions Skills Development Levy

Cost: 10% payroll fee.

We will require a 1-month upfront deposit of the full Cost to Company including recruitment fee and payroll management fee on sign up of any new employees

INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT

We have learned that most employees want to be able to work from an office. For this reason, we have established the facilities to be able to house these employees in an isolated section of our office in Johannesburg with a capability to grow into more space if the opportunity presents itself. The cost of a fully serviced office with back up power and high-speed Wi-Fi is £150 per employee per month. We will be able to source more hot-desking space in alternative locations if required.

We will be able to assist with sourcing of computer equipment as required and will charge a 10% surcharge.
