The 27,441 s/f Keystone Arms Center a new retail and residential develop- ment. The landlord was repre- sented by Blake Gross of LMS Commercial Real Estate . LMS Commercial Real Es- tate has recently arranged the 1,594 s/f lease to Whistle Stop Café at Station Square, 32 McGovern Ave., Lancaster. The landlord and tenant were represented by Wilay Boen- sch of LMS Commercial Real Estate . Metro PCS has recently leased 1,000 s/f at Yorktown Mall. The landlord was repre- sented by RyanMyers of LMS Commercial Real Estate and the tenant was represented by Bennett Williams Realty Inc. S.S. Vape has recently leased 900 s/f at The Crossroads, Rte. 30 and I-83 in York. The ten- ant was represented by Travis Riley of LMS Commercial Real Estate. n Silver Spring, MD — The Traffic Group, Inc. (TTG) , one of the nation’s leading traffic engineering and transportation planning firms has recently completed two short-term pedestrian counting projects in Silver Spring, MD. Both projects yielded significant results and were commissioned by Petrie Ross Ventures . The first project targeted the southeast quadrant of US 29/Colesville Rd. and Fenton St. while the second focused on the southwest corner of Ellsworth Ave. and Fenton St.. The purpose was to gain an understanding of the number of people passing by the location either on foot or bicycle. These details have been incorporated into sales materials for the brokers responsible for leasing the space. “We are thrilled that we have been able to help Petrie Ross Ventures become more effective and efficient as a result of our pedestrian counting services,” said Wes Guckert, PTP, and president of The Traffic Group. “As the trend for more walkable and bikeable lifestyles take hold, knowing exactly when and where people are going”. n TTG executes two pedestrian count projects
