Valerie Robitski, CPM® , Property Manager for Access Property Man- agement, Flemington, NJ, oversees a residential community portfolio of 5 communities in Hunterdon County, NJ, which includes 1,300 townhouses, condominiums and/or single family homes with a value of over $5m. With a background in marketing, sales and project management, Val began her career with Access PM over 7 years ago, taking on a variety of challenges which stemmed from her having no experience in property management. A member of NJ Chapter since 2008, she earned her CPM in 2011 and has been involved ever since, serving on Executive Board, Friends & Events

With a BAdegree fromTemple University, Darrell holds the CPO designation from the USDepartment of Housing and Urban Development and the TACC from Quadel.
