F AIRFIELD, NJ — Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) , an industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced it has brokered the sale of 25 Dwight Place in Fairfield, a 33,484 s/f industrial flex facility. The property was purchased by Smart-MNLS, LLC for $2.6 million from En- ted Associates.
