While we had many memorable meals both at the hotel and during our touring, the night before we were to head home, the hotel arranged for a visit by Guilio and his true-hunting dog, Eda. We learned about the variety of trues and where the dierent types could be found. We then set o in the Villa’s park where Eda expertly snied out a bunch of black trues.
