Following the Japanese Kanso philosophy, the sparkling juices are made using only what is truly necessary: sparkling water from the Hyogo mountain water, hand-picked whole-pressed fruits, and organic cane sugar.

About Company We are a small farm collective in Japan, growing fruits, vegetables and herbs that we use in our drinks. We follow the Kanso philosophy, removing the unnecessary. Our sparkling juices are made with sparkling water, juice and a hint of organic sugar cane. Our sparkling waters are made with sparkling water and juice.
