The transactions were managed by the Shel- don Gross Realty sales team of senior vice president Glenn Jaffe and sales representative Matthew Leonelli . One of the renewing tenants in the class ‘A,’ multi-story, office building, DPS Group, Inc., has 2,388 s/f of space. The company provides project management and engineering services.
