ANCASTER, PA — U. S. Commercial Re - alty, Inc. , a privately held company based in Lan- caster, has recently arranged the following sales and leases: 501 Richardson Acquisi- tion, LLC leased a + 26,180 s/f office and warehouse space located at 501 Richardson Dr., Lancaster. The landlord was represented by Jeff Herr of Bennett Williams Realty, Inc. and the tenant was rep- resented by Scott Bradbury , senior vice president of U. S. Commercial Realty and Joseph Bradbury of U. S. Commercial Realty. Dutch Market Place, LLC leased a + 17,250 s/f industrial space located at 60 N. Ronks Rd., Ronks, PA. The landlord was represented by Jeff Herr of Bennett Williams Realty Inc. and the tenant was rep- resented by Scott Bradbury, senior vice president of U. S. Commercial Realty. CBRE arranges l ease at 401 N. Broad St. in Phila. PHILADELPHIA, PA — CBRE announced that Nerd Street Gamers (NSG) will open the world’s first esports indus- try campus called “The Block” at Netrality’s 401 N. Broad St. in Philadelphia. The space will not only func- tion as Nerd Street Gamers’ new corporate headquarters, but it will also include global broadcast studios, dedicated training centers for profes- sional teams and schools, educational space for commu- nity partners, and, subject to zoning approval, a Localhost facility capable of hosting community, scholastic, ama- teur and pro-level events, and programming. NSG operates esports train- ing facilities called Localhosts where guests can pay hourly rates and compete in amateur esports tournaments. Other locations include Austin and Denver, with Los Angeles and other locations across the U.S. opening in the near future. CBRE’s Christian Dyer and Jackie Balin repre- sented Netrality, which owns the 11-story, 1.3 million s/f data center, during the lease negotiations. “We couldn’t be more excited to have NSG coming to 401 N.
