Cloud-based risk assessment Violence risk assessment and management are important aspects of forensic psychiatry clinical practice. The FPP developed the Hamilton Anatomy of Risk Management (HARM), a structured professional judgment tool, to enhance the short-term risk assessment and risk management process, guide treatment planning, and foster team-based risk assessment. The eHARM is coupled with the Aggressive Incident Scale, a best in class measure of aggression. What started as a paper-based assessment is now provided on a cloud-based platform. Driven by advancements in health information technologies, the development of a cloud-based risk assessment tool represents a significant opportunity to elevate clinical practice and patient care in psychiatry.
