What should we stop doing?
Stop hoarding data like it’s some sort of prize
Stop assuming everyone āhas an iPhone and perfect Wi-Fi. If it doesn’t work with dodgy Wi-Fi and a cracked Android screen, it doesn’t work
Stop building tools for people without including them
Stop with the rating scales! Don’t ask me to “rate my distress” on a scale of 1 to 10 when I’m already crying into my rice crackers
Stop hogging the good ideas and trying to sell them
