Region 10 Program of Studies

Year One & Year Two

First Year: Building a Strong Foundation This program offers foundational skills for entry into the business field, teaching students how executives plan, direct, and scale companies while navigating industry trends and economic shifts. Participants gain hands- on experience through business simulations and case studies, mastering the art of talent management, team dynamics, and workplace culture. Students also gain practical skills in business accounting, budget analysis, and quantitative methods, and discover how products move from production to consumer through supply chain management. Second Year: Practical Skills Designed for second-year students, this program builds upon foundational knowledge with advanced skills in strategic decision-making and brand leadership. Students explore market research, consumer behavior, and branding campaigns that drive product demand, and solve complex, real-world corporate challenges using data-driven decision models. Emphasizing real- world application, students engage in daily exposure to practical scenarios through student enterprises and client consulting projects, along with industry mentorships and internships that build a professional network before graduation.
