Organizational Behavior & HR 3 Credits Students will master the art of talent management, team dynamics, and workplace culture, studying how organizations recruit, develop, and lead people. This course is equivalent to MGT 201: Principles of Management. Principles of Business & Management 3 Credits Students will learn how executives plan, direct, and scale companies, exploring core business functions and how organizations navigate industry trends and economic shifts. This course is equivalent to BUS 101: Introduction to Business.
