Embark on a thrilling culinary journey in our dynamic two-year Culinary Arts Program, where students dive into the art of cooking, baking, sautéing, and exploring international flavors alongside mastering essential skills such as sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols. From menu and event planning to nutrition, diet, and portion control, our comprehensive curriculum covers every aspect of the culinary world, including mastering recipes, measuring methods, and the creation of tantalizing appetizers, soups, salads, proteins, desserts, and quick breads. With a focus on supervision, management, and budgeting, students also learn about cost control, purchasing, receiving, and storing ingredients, while gaining insight into the nuances of utilizing local foods and cheese & dairy products. From perfecting meat, poultry, and shell- fish dishes to mastering the art of soups, stocks, and sauces, our pro-

gram equips graduates with the expertise needed to thrive in professional kitchens.
