The future building will house a newly expanded train- ing facility, new offices, an expanded parts area, and an even larger, state-of-the-art new machinery showroom and technical center. “As we grow, we need to continue to keep the same Haire customer experience for both our customers and the employees,” said Quinn. “Growth will never outpace our ability to deliver the fantastic customer service that we do.” A New Level Of Growth Founder Tom Haire had the foresight to envision a day when expanding the company’s footprint would be nec- essary. There had already been two expansions since the original building was christened, and the company has ap- proximately eight acres at its disposal for its new building. Part of the company’s goal of growth was the reason for bringing Mike Mulroe on board. “Haire had grown to the point that we felt like it was important to bring on a president that can focus on taking the company to an even greater level,” said Umlauf. “We took our time searching for the right person to fill the position. Not only were we looking for someone with expertise to run the company, but we also knew that this person would need to lead with a people-first philosophy and that he would have to main- tain the customer focus that makes Haire who we are.” “From my standpoint, it was important to acknowledge that I wasn’t ‘fixing’ anything,” Mulroe said. “Nothing at the company was broken.
