The first floor is dedicated to executives, with bespoke cabinetry, integrated lighting and carefully considered details. Anton points out the practical touches: “Many of the executives travel a lot, so we built cupboards into the offices where they can hang their clothes. It’s a small thing but it makes a big difference.” The second floor, by contrast, is more open and communal. It houses the main administrative functions alongside breakout areas, a canteen, a barista station and an outdoor terrace. “The canteen has a completely different feel to the rest of the office,” says Reinhard. “It’s bright, fun and full of light.
