BOARD OF TRUSTEES CENTRAL WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS SERIES 2018 BOND RESOLUTION RESOLUTION NO. 18-02
A RESOLUTION of the Board of Trustees of Central Washington University providing for the issuance of the University’s System Revenue Bonds, Series 2018, in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $45,000,000, for the purpose of providing funds (i) to pay all or a portion of the cost of acquiring, constructing, and equipping a new residence hall and dining facility on the University’s main campus in Ellensburg and renovating an existing student apartment complex, (ii) to capitalize interest on the bonds, if interest is capitalized, and (iii) to pay the costs of issuance and sale of the bonds; providing for certain terms and covenants of the bonds; establishing a construction account; authorizing and directing the sale of the bonds; and providing for other related matters.
