GENTLE/RESTORATIVE YOGA
Thursdays at 10:00 AM (1 hour) Beginning with a warm-up, we’ll explore poses, taking time to find the balance bewteen effort and ease rather than building a flow. The second half of class will comprise of restorative poses, ending with relaxation.

We begin with a warm-up, then about 15 min- utes of vinyasa flow to build heat. Next is a 15-minute segment of strength training with yoga poses followed by stretching, cooldown and relaxation.
