MID-DAY CARDIO TENNIS WEDNESDAYS, 1:00-2:30 PM For those members looking for a tennis based mid-day cardio session, there are weekly clinics on Wednesdays. These clinics are designed to provide an intense workout and certain minimum physical requirements need to be met before joining.
