Pre-Determined Allocation (PDA) Submission • Only 1 PDA rule is available

Percentage
• Each shipper/class of service is assigned a percentage at the meter location. The flow will be allocated based on the percentage.
•
Percentage total must equal 100%.
• CSO’s can reallocate the percentage after final measurement is received.

• TransGas has developed a spreadsheet to help CSOs determine their percentage splits after final measurement has come in, available at www.transgas.com
– CSO’s will then have to update the split percentage to obtain the correct split .

Month-End Allocation Process •
After Month- End measurement has been finalized, CSO’s must go in and do their month-end splits, entering the proper percentage allocation for the previous month.
• They can use the percentage calculator to determine their splits.

Measurement, Allocation and Inventory is updated:
– 6:30 AM and 9:00 AM for the previous 2 days

As revised measurement is updated
• A PDA change does not update the Allocation until the Allocation process has run for the time period affected
