Among the award recipients, Shangri-La stood out as one of the top-performing hotels, demonstrating exceptional dedication to service excellence. This achievement reflects our team’s tireless efforts to create memorable guest experiences that capture the authenticity of Emirati hospitality. Additionally, we are delighted to announce that two of our outstanding colleagues, Rey Anthony Capon and Candyd Borja received individual honours as ‘The Captain’ and the ‘Winning Frontliner’ for the hotel. The award was presented by Director General Tourism – His Excellency Saleh Algeziry.
