Teh Cheng Keong (CK) joins with more than 10 years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations across Malaysia’s leading luxury hotels. Most recently serving as F&B Manager at Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur on the Park, he has built strong expertise in managing multi-outlet operations, financial planning, and guest experience enhancement. CK began his career at Hatten Hotel Melaka and later advanced through managerial roles at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur, contributing to renowned venues such as Shang Palace, Lemon Garden Café, Lobby Lounge, and Lafite. His background spans Chinese cuisine, international buffets, French fine dining, and contemporary lounge service, where he played a key role in elevating service standards and driving revenue growth. A graduate of Taylor’s University with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Hospitality and Tourism Management, CK also holds the WSET Level 2 Award in Wine & Spirit and has completed the Emerging Leader’s Program. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay, with proficiency in French, he is known for his strong leadership, cross-cultural team management, and passion for service excellence—particularly in fine dining and Chinese cuisine.
