Health and Safety  Do not leave operating machinery, stoves or deep fryers unattended. Do not leave dirty rags lying around.  Do not place items close to heat e.g. linen on top of bulbs, spotlight, etc.  Before going home, ensure all equipment is shut down. 3. Accidents All accidents to yourself or to your colleagues must be immediately reported to your supervisor or department head and security. If it involves a guest, render assistance by reporting the incident immediately to your supervisor or department head. Do not commit to any liability of the hotel. 4. Emergency Hotline In event of any emergency whilst in the hotel, proceed to the nearest in-house telephone and call hotel emergency hotline by dialling “444” for assistance. 5. Assembly Points In case of emergency, all guests and employees will have to evacuate the buildings they are in, and immediately go to the assembly point as specified in the life and safety training. Full evacuation procedures will be communicated to all employees during the fire life safety training sessions.
