1. Hands and fingernails must be clean at all times. Fingernails must be short and well trimmed.

Uniforms
Male & Female 1. Uniforms must be properly fitted, clean and well pressed. Uniforms must be changed if it is dirty, stained or wrinkled. Skirts must be knee length.
2. When in public, jacket and shirt must be duly buttoned. Pockets should not be overly filled with items and should overall look tidy and professional.
3. Trousers should be worn properly with emphasis on appropriate length. They should not be sagging and the bottom hems should not touch the ground.
4. Clean and clear name badge must be properly worn at all times when at work in the hotel premises.
5. Suspenders can only be worn if they are not visible.
6. Pens must not be visible on the outside pockets of the uniform.
7. For Females only: Black see-through or skin coloured pantyhose must be worn. No fishnet or patterned stockings are allowed. Division/Department Heads to determine colour of pantyhose for specific area in their department to compliment the uniform design. Damaged pantyhose must not be worn. 8. For Females only : Trousers or pants may be worn by administration colleagues based on the nature of their job or when doing certain tasks. However, they should not be tight-fitting and should be plain black color.
9. For colleagues who wear both the name tags and management/service pins, they should all be worn on the left side of the uniform.
10.For any official activities outside the hotel premises, only management/ service pin should be worn, if applicable (i.e. Sales & Catering department)
