Record 11.514% In The Second Quarter UNPRECEDENTED PROFIT SHARING One of our favorite sayings about Profit Sharing is that the sky is the limit for how much we can earn. And you continue to prove that to be true!

Because of your efforts in the second quarter, we were able to contribute an amount equal to 11.514% of your pay in Profit Sharing to your 401(k) retirement accounts! That’s almost 2% more than our total of 9.659% in the first quarter, which was our previous quarterly record! From January through June of 2022, our Profit Sharing contributions are an astounding 10.602% . When you consider that many companies provide a match of 3% for their retirement accounts, that shows what an incredible tool our Profit Sharing plan is – there truly is no limit to what we can do to secure our future together! In fact, you'll soon receive in the mail a letter from our financial partner, Principal, that shows how much Profit Sharing has been deposited into your 401(k) retirement account!
