Ingredients

12 oz chicken sausage, sliced

16 oz mushrooms, sliced

4 oz uncured pepperoni, quartered

1 3-oz can sliced black olives (optional)

1 25-oz jar marinara sauce

1 tbsp dried oregano

1 14.5-oz can fire roasted tomatoes

1 tsp garlic powder

1 large onion, diced

1/2 tsp salt

directions

1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients. 2. Cook for 30 minutes or until onions and mushrooms have softened. 3. Taste and add additional salt if needed. 4. Serve hot.
