Along with her husband, James Gallagher, she has served a role in the development of hundreds of units of housing in San Francisco. Nicholas Thornton

Nicholas’ passion for real estate comes from his love of his hometown. In a constantly evolving global city, Nicholas is in the unique opportunity to know what it was like to be raised, go to school, live as a young adult, and now raise a family in San Francisco. Nicholas’ family roots in San Francisco extend back four generations. Not only has he witnessed the City and its neighborhoods change, he has also heard family stories of the culture of San Francisco’s past eras. Having always felt a strong impetus to help others and improve the community around him he has worked in the San Francisco Mayor’s Office, two U.S. Senate Offices, and as a mental health therapist with a local non-profit out-patient clinic. His experience in government gives him insight into city planning, and his time as therapist allows him to have a better understanding of his clients. Buying or selling a home is a complex, sophisticated, and often deeply personal endeavor. Comprehensive knowledge of housing inventory and conditions is necessary in this high demand market. His goal in every transaction is to buy insightfully, sell shrewdly, and aggressively achieve the best value for his clients.
