Dear Customer/Distributor: Jones Exhaust Systems, Inc. is one of the largest specialty exhaust manufacturers in the U.S.A. We have the distinction of being the largest manufacturer of chrome exhaust tips and glasspack mufflers in the United States. Jones Exhaust offers many unique products that are not available anywhere else in the industry. Examples include the “Full Boar” V-Power performance muffler, which is the only muffler that utilizes flow deflector technology and are 100% reversible, the “Silver Vein” and “Black Vein” series of textured powder coated tips, and our “Midnight Pearl” dark shaded chrome tips. All stock orders are delivered within 10 days, and we have some of the lowest freight minimums in the industry. This combination of quality, service, and products that are available nowhere else in the industry, combined with our “whatever it takes” attitude, enables us to provide the most performance for the dollar in the industry. Return Policy Due to the costs involved in transportation, reconditioning, and reshipping returned merchandise, Jones Exhaust Systems, Inc. must charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Only full case quantities may be returned. There can be no exceptions to this policy. We cannot accept any returns on product that was a special build item, or any product that has been discontinued or is no longer in our catalog.

NOTE: Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information, Jones Exhaust Systems, Inc. is not responsible for errors in this catalog’s content. We reserve the right to change pricing and/or the design of products without notification.

Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product. A final decision as to whether a product is defective will be made by Jones Exhaust after an evaluation of the product. To obtain service under this warranty, call your customer service representative. Jones Exhaust Systems, Inc. warrants our manufactured exhaust system products to buyers of products for resale only against defects in craftsmanship and materials for one (1) year from the date of resale or installation. All Full Boar Branded Performance mufflers carry a limited warranty. Expansion is guaranteed only to 1/4 inch over the original neck size. Warranty does not apply to any manufactured products that have been subject to misapplication, abuse, misuse, normal wear, negligence, backfire damage, accidents,
Terms and Conditions
All open accounts must have an approved credit application on file. Payment is due 30 days after receipt of merchandise. Accounts 30 days past due will be delinquent. No shipments will be made to delinquent accounts until past due amount is paid in full. Past Due accounts will be charged a finance fee of 1% per month.
Credit Card Policy We have for several years charged a 3% fee when a credit card is used to pay a past due invoice. We now must charge a 2% fee on all invoices paid by credit card and a 4% fee if a card is used on a past due account. These changes are in an effort to hold down our prices to everyone.
