This in the program that introduced the concepts of sexual correctness, skull shape, new born calf vigor, ma- ternal intelligence, and cow proactiveness. It’s working. DVO sons and grandsons are in demand across the entire Western Hemisphere and (more importantly) commercial cattlemen are being empowered to change their expectations from their seedstock producers. Our priorities are simple. We strive to produce cattle that make commercial cattlemen’s lives better. Our methods are also simple. We provide every single possi- bility we can imagine to allow animals to fail, and we let nature select the best. No cow is too important to let go. No mating is too precious to cut. No excuses. We are in unprecedented times. Calves are receiving all time record high prices and yet the cow herd is not responding with growth. I believe that this is the result of a lack of resources. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Except for those stated in the terms and conditions below, there are no war- ranties, either expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the cattle being sold at this auction. The warranties and guarantees set forth in the “Terms and Conditions” are in lieu of all other warranties, either expressed or implied, and the remedies provided therein shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for the Buyer, or any party claim- ing through Buyer, for any breach of warranty or guarantee therein provided, and all other obligations or liabilities. All cattle in this sale are offered according to the laws of the State of Nebraska. 1. BIDDING The Auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final. 2. TERMS terms of sale are cash. 3. PURCHASER’S RISK Each animal becomes the risk of the Buyer as soon as sold. 4. CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY A transferred certificate of registry is avail - able for each animal upon request. 5. HEALTH All animals are eligible for interstate shipment, except for other- wise announced. Interstate health papers will be furnished for each animal in accordance with prevailing State/Federal Regulations. 6. BREEDING GUARANTEE All bulls selling for over $4,000 will have a full first season breeding guarantee. First season defined as a 60 day turn out window while bulls are in breeding service. If a bull selling for over $4,000 is determined to be unfit for breeding within his 60 day breeding window, then Dvorak Brothers will award a cash reimbursement in the amount of bull purchase price minus $2,000. All claims to be made by October 1, 2025. 7. GENETIC DEFECT AND PARENTAGE GUARANTEE a. The parentage of all animals sold by the Seller is guaranteed to the extent that the animal is by the sire and out of the dam that is indicated on its registration papers. b. All test results confirming an animal’s genetic defect status must be disclosed to potential buyers prior to that animal’s sale. 8. RETAINED OWNERSHIP Dvorak Brothers Ranches, Inc. (sellers) will be retaining a semen interest in several animals in this offering. The sellers reserve the right to collect semen from any bulls in which an interest is retained at sellers’ expense and buyers convenience. The Sellers are also retaining possession rights to animal. The sellers and buyers will negotiate the terms of possession. 9. ANNOUNCEMENTS Announcements made from the auction block shall take precedence over the sale catalog and/or any additional printed infor- mation regarding animal(s) sold.
