Soft-Embalming Technique Traditional embalming technique uses high concentration of formaldehyde, that causes tissues to dehydrate and harden, altering the appearance of the deceased and making it a challenge to clean, dress and prepare the body for viewing. At TLC, we use Soft-Embalming technique to preserve the body of the departed, giving it a natural look and feel, and without the overpowering smell of formaldehyde.
