Arkle launched in 2018 and is proud that they have never lost a single client. We have an excellent reputation with our clients and always stick to our values. Arkle is not about profit and corporate politics, Arkle is family business based on strong values. Arkle started as 3 man company and has developed to over 15 full time team members plus over 100 sub-contractors working around us. We are proud with our team and strongly believe that happy staff results in happy customers.
Ownership When Arkle takes on a job for a client, we take on responsibility for both a timely completion and at a cost effective price. We recognise that no detail is too small on a job – and that recognition is often what differentiates us from the competition (and why so many clients stay with Arkle). Personalised service Arkle recognise that each client is an actual person – who we look to connect with regularly to provide job updates. We intend to be as honest and positive as possible – looking to give a timely reply and/or acknowledgement on each and every occasion. Lifting the weight… We recognise that client jobs are often complex and require detailed oversight – Arkle takes on that responsibility on behalf of the client. Arkle are highly skilled in finding solutions to client problems which we seamlessly incorporate into our end-to-end client service resulting in a successful job execution. Value for money Arkle represents good value for money – recognising clients often have to maintain a fine balance between cost vs. value added. Our added job value may not have a definitive price tag, but it should be instantly recognisable to a client.
Accountability We recognise that a job isn’t complete until a client says it’s complete. Arkle consider risk (on a job) to be measurable and we won’t ever exceed acceptable risk parameters (as agreed with a client).
Trust For a client to put their trust in Arkle we recognise we must first prove our reliability. We intend for clients to have confidence in Arkle – confidence that whatever we say, we will do.
Good communication Good communication is essential for a successful job execution. Good communication is a 2-way process, supported by a client-tailored structure of job updates from Arkle.
Quality of workmanship Arkle is proud of our strong reputation for high quality workmanship; our attention to detail makes us stands out. We are always looking to be better – better for the client, better for Arkle – maintaining our professional integrity.
