PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Monroe is a transformative residential development that will enhance Green Bay’s housing stock by introducing thoughtfully designed townhomes and modern apartments, offering much-needed living options for a diverse range of residents. Combining convenience, sustainability, and community connectivity, the project will feature spacious townhomes with direct entrances and attached garages alongside a 148-unit apartment building with studio, one-bedroom, and two- bedroom residences. High-end amenities such as fitness facilities, community gathering spaces, walking trails, and landscaped courtyards will foster a vibrant and engaged neighborhood. Prioritizing accessibility, The Monroe will incorporate bike storage, ample parking, and proximity to public transportation to support a seamless, connected lifestyle. With a strategic focus on complementing existing businesses rather than competing with them, the development aims to drive economic growth while enhancing the surrounding area. Additionally, one percent of the project budget will be dedicated to public art, enriching Monroe Avenue with murals, artistic bike racks, and installations that contribute to the city’s cultural landscape. Backed by strong municipal support and a streamlined entitlement process, The Monroe is poised to become a key part of Green Bay’s ongoing growth, delivering a well-balanced mix of housing options that strengthen the community.
