SPECIALISED FIRE & SECURITY PROVIDED A MULTIDISCIPLINARY INSTALL AT ONE OF THE LATEST HIGH-END DEVELOPMENTS IN EAST BELFAST… FIRE & SECURITY CONTRACTOR
T he new Lesley Parklands Apartments have brought luxury living to East Belfast, and Specialised Fire & Security (SFS) was one of the companies cherrypicked to take part in this prestigious project. The development comprised three blocks with 90 apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, including six penthouses, and was delivered to a full turnkey finish. SFS provided a multidisciplinary install, including Access Control, CCTV and Fire Alarm Systems. Access to the development is controlled via an automated gate, which is CCTV-linked to ensure controlled traffic in and out for the tenants. SFS is one of Northern Ireland’s leading NSI-approved security companies and was chosen by contractors Haughey Electrical to deliver the installation. “We had worked with Haughey Electrical on numerous projects,” Tom Skates, Technical Sales at SFS, explained. “They entrusted us
