Global Skills & Local Impact for staff members

Since its first application Call in 2023, the Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility Call has been a key part of Tor Vergata University of Rome’s internationalization strategy. As the University continues to expand its global reach, this program helps staff develop new skills and foster cross- cultural competence. In this context, the Erasmus+ initiative provides staff members with valuable opportunities to gain international experience, take part in cultural exchanges, and develop their skills to work in today’s globalized academic landscape. A core objective of this initiative is to develop intercultural competencies. In a world where collaboration with international partners is essential to academic progress, these competencies are indispensable. The Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility Call helps staff members improve their ability to interact effectively across cultures, understand the nuances of different educational systems, and communicate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
