Cheatham County is the most beautiful area close to Nashville. We should be working to preserve the beauty of this place and grow the infrastructure based on highlighting the nature and beauty here, not treating it as unwanted are to put methane power plants on. negative Dusty Miller 37015-1717

It is always wisest to support the wellbeing of the life of this Earth Mother planet which gives all life including us people, the fulfillment of our existence, for a healthy life, by only using the technologies that support the cleanest and healthiest environment. What we give this planet, she gives back!!! So any intelligent and wise person, would only give her that which supports her wellbeing, too.

The time to end use of fossil fuels is now!
Do you have children? The scientists/experts tell us that we have this decade to avert catastrophe, and that can only happen if we transition away from fossil fuels as quickly as possible. Please choose renewable energy and stop investing in fossil fuels! For the sake of your children. And mine.

Ever listen to the song "Paradise"? Ever driven to the place Paradise KY used to be? I have...Makes you want to cry! Please don't repeat that violation of Earth!
We are in an existential climate crisis, Code Red for humanity. We must stop building fossil fuel infrastructure and rapidly transition to clean, sustainable energy sources. The technologies exist, but we still seem to lack the political will. The Climate Clock is ticking. negative Susan McRae 98506

I would like to add to the above that choosing fossil fuels over clean energy is an unconscionable decision in light of the serious threats to our families, communities, and the planet from climate change. The 2022 IPCC Report makes it clear that we do not have any time to waste if we are going to save ourselves and future generations from the life-altering consequences of a rapidly warming climate. We owe it to the citizens of Tennessee and the Southeast, and especially to their children and grandchildren, to do everything in our power to save as much of our hospitable climate for them as we can. Building a new methane gas plant and pipeline would only push us further toward catastrophe, especially when clean energy is a widely available and cost-effective option. A new methane gas plant is the wrong decision. I urge you to prioritize the health and livelihoods of Tennesseans above the interests of the fossil fuel industry. negative Jamie McClanahan 37216

I don't live near this plant, yet you will be hurting me, my children, and my grandchildren if you build it

TVA is making the same mistakes as Duke Energy here in North Carolina. We must stop these polluting gas plants from being built NOW!
