Clean, renewable energy only!!
PLEASE choose clean, renewable energy and sustainable jobs — and stop investing in fossil fuels! It doesn’t make sense to trade one fossil fuel for another, especially when there are other safer options that are cheaper and just as reliable. negative Prisca Gloor 90066

politicians only care about the big coroprations that fund their campaigns, not the people they are supposed to represent.
The people of Tennessee do not want this. It will be harmful to the ecosystem and all its inhabitants. Think outside the box and remedy this without the use of more harmful pipelines. Think of the future. Listen to the people. negative Jessica Girdley 37206 TVA I beg you to choose renewable energy, long-term jobs and economic development for Cheatham County! My kid goes to forest school out at Bells Bend and I can not imagine what the irreparable damages that could happen if there were to be a leak or spill. Ashland City is rich in beauty, fertile soil and a thriving community who appreciates this. This is not the risk we as community want furthermore long term commitment to renewable energy benefits everyone . negative Tyler Gilstrap 37216

With your common sense to help end the use of fossil fuels, aka progress, and create more jobs: A recent study commissioned by Appalachian Voices shows that clean energy is a reliable and cost effective replacement that would create far more jobs, providing a permanent boost to local economies. negative teresa gillie 22940

Continued wasteful spending on projects that endanger us and do nothing to address the catastrophic destruction fossil fuels have done to our climate. Money better spent on clean renewable energy to address our climate then wasted on greed and lies from fossil fuel industry.

Gas plants definitely affect air safety. Most have leaks. Some so bad there are explosions beyond what people expect.

I moved to Cheatham Co. for it's natural beauty. This pipeline will destroy the natural areas I love and go through private property. My fear is that lives (human, plant, animal) are at risk given the volatility of natural gas and the very real likelihood of some type of disaster. We DO NOT want another incident caused by TVA negligence like was experienced in the Coal Ash Spill. TVA has done many good things, but it has also done many destructive and deadly things, while not being transparent about the truth.

Invest in renewables. Don't make Cheatham County another beautiful county destroyed by a short-sighted focus on fossil fuels.

Whatever benefits gained from the gas plant are so fleeting in comparison to the lasting effects of the damage. Humans are smart, find another way that good for all living beings.

Stop poisoning the 3arth and us. Humans are lazy and greedy. You could care less on the impact of moving forward of a project like this! And that is morally and ethically corrupt!
