I hope this message finds you well. I am writing on behalf of HY-C Company to express our gratitude for your partnership and to share some important updates regarding our online sales strategy.

Over the years, your support and dedication have played a crucial role in expanding our online presence and reaching a wider customer base. We truly appreciate your efforts.

With these objectives in mind, we have made the strategic decision to transition towards a single-seller environment for our online sales. Effective immediately, HY-C Company does not authorize any 3rd Party sellers to represent our products/brands on any e-commerce marketplace other than your own in-house platform. If your company previously had official authorization from HY-C Company to be an authorized seller, you have a 30-day grace period as of the date of receipt of this letter to stop sales.
