A fresh coat of paint in this home really went a long way in changing the aesthetics of the home. But the greatest impact came in refininshing the very red Brazilian Cherry Floors to a more natural / brown shade. These floors are notoriously difficult to refinish, but with the right book of vendors we were able to dramatically improve the homes overall aesthetic appealing to the right buyers!
