The seller purchased this SOMA home in 2018 and unfortately the market had dropped about $75,000 below the original purchase price. With an agreed upon budget of $25,000 we were able to transform this dated condominium into a contemporary style to compete with new contstruction homes in the area. Sold for the same price as purchased in 2018, the seller was extremely pleased and regretted not having made these updates while living in the home.
