In the same family since 1965, the home had seen a lot of changes over the years. We removed the carpet to unveil pristine hardwood floors. A fresh coat of paint and new light fixtures allowed us to showcase the homes incredible light and expansive size. Buyers were able to see themselves living in the home for 3 - 5 years while setting their own plans into motion for their dream home. Purchased by and architect and interior design family - I cannot wait to see the transformation.
