DECEDENT CARE
Soft-Embalming Technique Traditional embalming technique uses high concentration of formaldehyde, that causes tissues to dehydrate and harden, altering the appearance of the deceased and making it a challenge to clean, dress and prepare the body for viewing. At TLC, we use Soft-Embalming technique to preserve the body of the departed, giving it a natural look and feel, and without the overpowering smell of formaldehyde.

Showers of Love ( 留 心 语 ) was created to allow family members to perform a final act of service for their dearly departed. The ceremony is specially designed to allow expression of love through the Five Love Languages adopted from the book by Dr Gary Chapman: Words of Affirmation, Physical Touch, Acts of Service, Quality Time and Gift as a means of catharsis for the grieving families. To allow them to heal in their own space.
ORIZURU ( 折 鹤 ) / PAPER CRANE
The most classic of all Japanese origami. It is believed that cranes are the harbingers of eternal rest and they guide souls towards the light. The souls of the dearly departed were believed to be carried up to paradise on the wings of the crane.
The ceremony is specially designed to allow expression of love through the Five Love Languages adopted from the book by Dr Gary Chapman: Words of Affirmation, Physical Touch, Acts of Service, Quality Time and Gift as a means of catharsis for the grieving families. To allow them to heal in their own space. Family members are received and ushered into our Showers of Love lounge. Light refreshment will be served before the commencement of the ceremony. Family members are invited to express their loving thoughts into words in an origami paper which will then be folded into an orizuru as a symbolic gift for the departed. RECEPTION 30 MINS Showers of Love ( 留 心 语 ) was created to allow family members to perform a final act of service for their dearly departed.
SHOWERS OF LOVE SPA CARE

An all ladies team, the SOL Angels, will invite the family into our Showers of Love Sanctuary where they will narrate and guide the family through the final shower procedures. The Showers of Love is done in a reverend and dignified manner, starting from the head to the feet, including body massage, facial masks, and nails treatment.
