1. Loans subject to credit approval; terms and conditions apply. Minimum loan amount is $10,000. Minimum draw amount is $300. Collateral must be single-family owner-occupied, second home, or investment/rental residential property types, including condos, townhomes and duplexes located in California with a maximum 80% Loan to Value. Properties for sale are not eligible. Property insurance is required. A variable APR of 9.55% - 11.68% based on commitment amount, loan-to- value, lien position and creditworthiness will apply. The lowest advertised 9.55% APR is based on 1st lien position, loan-to- value less than or equal to 60%, and excellent credit history. The variable APR is based on the Prime Rate as stated in The Wall Street Journal plus a margin and is subject to change. Maximum APR is 16%. The interest rate will change effective with changes in the Index. No origination or closing costs on loan amounts up to $500,000 for primary residence. For lines over $500,000, borrower is responsible for third-party costs that may range from $250 to $20,000. Borrower to pay third- party costs on rental properties and 2nd home loan requests when the line is over $250,000. A transaction is a combination of debited items (withdrawals), credited items (deposits), and deposited items per statement cycle, and includes the following: Credits—any deposit into the account; Debits—any withdrawal such as check, draft, ACH or other debit against the account; Deposited items—each individual item that comprises a deposit such as a check or other item deposited.

3. There is a charge per $100 cash deposited over your allowance. Please refer to the applicable fee schedule and account disclosure for additional details.
